Tanya Orr, DDS

Dr. Tanya Orr is an alumnus of the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and FTD Programs. Prior to her coming to United States Dr. Tanya Orr has practiced as a general dentist and prosthodontist for six years in Russia, receiving her original dental education from Samara Medical University College of Dentistry. In addition to her experience as a dentist, she has successfully completed the Dental Hygiene Program at St. Petersburg College, FL and has practiced as a dental hygienist and dental assistant for 2 years prior to becoming a dentist.
Her Advanced training in general dentistry includes esthetic and restorative dentistry, removable and fixed prosthodontics, and mastering two major endodontic systems (Tulsa Dental GT File and LightSpeed with Simplifill). She is also trained in placement and restoration of dental implants, oral surgery procedures: tori removal, alveoloplasties, third molar extractions, periodontal crown lengthening, Invisalign and occlusal equilibrations using Tek Scan computerized bite analysis (The T-Scan II system measures relative occlusal force and timing.)
Dr Tanya Orr is a member of American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. She is also a former member of the West Coast Dental Association. She and her husband James reside in Santa Rosa Beach.
